Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a very safe and lovely area, only 7 minutes' walk from Victoria station. The rooms, while clean with really comfy beds and very good wifi, were a little different from the pictures I saw when booking. The bathroom was very modern and elegant, although the employee couldn't change my room because the bed was slightly undone. The breakfast was good, and the location is fantastic.
Upon arrival, I noticed a slight smell in the room but overall it was small yet clean with all the necessary amenities. Despite this, the price was reasonable, and the location right by Victoria station was convenient and spotlessly clean.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were lovely, with a nice comfy bed and a great location on the 4th floor. They were basic but comfortable, and the staff at reception were friendly, which brightened our day. However, the cleanliness could have been a little improved. The service was top-notch, with extremely helpful and polite staff, especially Maddi who was brilliant. The location was fantastic, very close to Victoria Station and easy to get to everywhere in central London, making it an excellent value for money choice in an expensive area. The dining experience, although consisted of basic continental options, was saved by the very pleasant staff, but it left a lot to be desired in terms of variety. On the bright side, high-quality products were used. The facilities were good, offering everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located next to Victoria Station, making it easy to access. The rooms were ready quite late in the afternoon, giving an ex-smoking room vibe, and the building layout was a bit confusing to navigate. The proximity to Victoria is a major plus point, but there could be improvements in room readiness and layout design.
The hotel offers clean and basic rooms with a good size and comfortable beds but might be too small for four people. The service was pleasant overall but had minor issues with the staff. Its location near Victoria Station and Pimlico provides ease of access to central London, although soundproofing is not the best. The dining options are limited to basic choices. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offers decent value for money.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was convenient, close to Victoria Coach Station and theaters, with some local shops around. The room I stayed in was smaller than expected, perhaps due to high demand during Wimbledon, Adele, and Pride events happening that weekend. The service was a bit lacking in friendliness and accommodation, but the staff were helpful with luggage. The dining options were mediocre, leading me to often have breakfast outside. However, the hotel's accessibility and surrounding restaurants were impressive.
